I had to exchange a ring for a different size, and to be fair, it did all get sorted in the end. The only downside was that the replies and return process felt slower than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I think it could be made a little smoother and easier for customers.

I ordered a necklace from Alex Monroe as a gift and had a delivery question pretty much right after checking out. The little order confirmation details were all fine, but I started worrying because I needed it by a certain day and the first reply took a couple of days.

When someone did get back to me, they were genuinely nice and sorted it out without any fuss. It wasn’t one of those cold copy-paste replies either, which I appreciated, just a shame it didn’t come a bit sooner.

The necklace arrived in the end and looked lovely, nicely packaged too, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d order again, but I’d probably leave extra time and not rely on quick customer service updates

I really like Alex Monroe jewellery. Lovely designs. Bit different from the usual high street stuff. The details are cute too. Really unique. I bought a necklace and people keep complimenting it. Only thing is the price. A little high for me. So 4 stars.

I ordered from alexmonroe.com and felt a bit anxious at first, just because I always worry about deliveries going missing. But then I was pleasantly surprised, it arrived quickly, the tracking worked fine, and the parcel turned up when it was supposed to. It was nicely packed too, which made me feel even better about it. I didn’t have to chase anyone, which was such a relief. The only slightly frustrating bit was that the updates could’ve been a bit clearer, so I’m giving 4 stars, but overall I’m happy and would say it was a reliable experience.

I was happy with this overall, especially for the price. It feels solid and the craftsmanship is really nice. One of the clasps was a little fiddly to use, which was a bit annoying, but not enough to make me regret buying it.

I’ve been wearing this necklace pretty much every day for months now and it’s held up way better than I expected, it still looks really lovely and hasn’t lost that nice look at all.

Knocking off a star because it is still expensive for quite a small piece, no getting around that. But the quality seems good and the person I gave it to absolutely loved it, so overall I’d say it was worth it

I bought a necklace for my sister’s birthday and the necklace itself was really pretty, so no complaints there. But the whole presentation felt a bit awkward for a gift. The box was plain, there wasn’t a gift message included, and the delivery/returns paperwork made it feel more like a regular order than something ready to hand over. I also wasn’t totally sure what the next steps were if I wanted to sort out the missing gift message or exchange anything, since the info wasn’t very clear. For the price, I was expecting it to feel a bit more polished and gift-ready.
